- The rates indicated are the daily rates per holiday apartment with a standard occupancy of 4 people, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning.
- The usual tourist tax is €2.80 per person and day. (from 14 years)
- We charge €120 for the final cleaning of this apartment.
- Each holiday apartment features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed on which two additional people (children or adults) can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. An additional fee is charged for this. However, our smallest guests under 3 years old are free of charge.
- Guests from 3 to 11 years: €30/night
- Guests from 12 years and up: €50/night
Our Cancellation Policy:
- The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total stay price.
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained and credited for a future stay within one year.
- In case of cancellation from 30 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full stay price will be charged.
